Joseph Kurth Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Joseph W. Kurth Sr., 62, of Browns Mills, passed away on Sunday May 15, 2022 at Virtua Hospital, Mount Holly. Joseph loved the outdoors and was meticulous about taking care of his property. He had the most manicured lawn and garden admired by most neighbors. He was a skilled iron worker and union carpenter and was amazing at any kind of construction he did. In his spare time he enjoyed watching football, and fishing. His memory will continue to live on in the hearts and minds of those who knew him. He was predeceased by his parents John and Merle Kurth, a brother John Kurth III and a niece Tamara. He leaves behind his wife of 35 years Marianne Kurth, a son and daughter-in-law Joseph Jr. and Heather Kurth, 2 sisters and brothers-in-law, Denise and Russel Steele, and Dana Kurth-Cameron and Andrew, nieces and nephews Russel Steele Jr., Savannah Wilburn and her husband Troy, John Kurth IV, 2 grandchildren Zoey and Abby, a sister-in-law Malina Kurth, great nieces and nephews Dayton and Trenton Wilburn, Aidan Healy and Ethan and Kylie Kurth, Aunt and Uncle Mildred and Joseph Myers, Sisters and Brothers-in-law Daniel Soltis, Deborah Rush and her husband Samuel, John Soltis, Mary Szurtarski and her husband Mark, Nephews Samuel Rush Jr. and John Rush, and his beloved dog Kodi. Relatives and friends are invited to gather on Monday May 23, 2022 from 10am -12pm at Moore Funeral Home, 371 Lakehurst Rd., Browns Mills, NJ. Burial will follow in Arlington Cemetery, Pennsauken.
