James E. Bramble

Little Egg Harbor – James E. Bramble, 69, of Little Egg Harbor passed away Saturday, February 2nd at the Southern Ocean County Hospital.  Born in Bristol, PA, he was a longtime resident of Browns Mills before moving to Little Egg Harbor in 2004.  He served in the U.S. Marine Corps from 1957-1984, retiring as a Master Sergeant.  He retired in 1994 as Police Officer for East Windsor Township.  James was a past president and vice president of the Mercer County Angers Association, he was a member of the American Legion in Little Egg Harbor and a member of the East Windsor PBA Local 191.  Son of the late George E. & Gertrude Bramble and brother of the late David & Buzzy Bramble;  he is survived by his wife, Frances Krakowski Bramble of Little Egg Harbor;  three daughters and two sons-in-law, Lori & Don Graham of Eastampton, Beth Ann Bramble of Riverside, and Terry & Craig Briand of Little Egg Harbor;  a brother, Thomas Bramble of Morrisville, PA; a sister, Mary Ann Frazier of Browns Mills;  two grandchildren, Danny and Jimmy;  and several nieces & nephews.  A funeral service will be held Friday, February 8th at 11AM at St. Ann’s RC Church, 22 Trenton Road, Browns Mills.  Burial will follow at the B.G. W. C. D. Veteran’s Memorial Cemetery in Arneytown.  Visitation will be held Thursday, February 7th from 6PM-9PM and Friday from 9:30AM-10:30AM at the Moore Funeral Home, 371 Lakehurst Road, Browns Mills, NJ.  Memorial Contributions may be made in his memory to the Mercer County Anglers Association, PO Box 8151, Hamilton, NJ  08650.
