Salvatore M. Ciraolo

Pemberton Twp. – Salvatore M. Ciraolo, 85, of Pemberton Township, passed away Wednesday, August 18th in Evesham Township Care One Facility. He was a retired veteran of the U.S. Army as a Master Sergeant, serving in World War II and Korea. While serving in WWII he received the Bronze Star. He was an active member of the VFW Post 6805 of Browns Mills. Born in New York on December 28, 1918. He moved his family to New Jersey to lead a better life. Son of the late Joseph Ciraolo and Anna Marie Guercio; and brother of the late Gabriell & Jackie Ciraolo. He is survived by his wife, Catherine (Schoenthler) Ciraolo of Pemberton; his children, Carolyn & Thomas Weiss of Browns Mills, Elizabeth & Fonnie Reagan of Browns Mills, Theresa Gibbs of Vincentown, Joseph & Susan Ciraolo of New York, Cathy Ciraolo, JoAnna Ciraolo, Jenevive Ciraolo and Marie Ciraolo; a brother, Santo Ciraolo of New York; two sisters, Tina Ciraolo of Pemberton and Josie McKenna; his grandchildren & spouses; Salvatore & Janet Volkes, Tommy & Sandy Weiss, JoAnne Volkes, Anthony & Rani Volkes, Dawn & Scott Chappell, Michael & Lianne Livigni, Nicole, Christine, Brittany, Sean and Eric Reagan, Mathew Livigni, and Nicholas Gibbs; great grandchildren, Brianna, Dylan, Carly, and Brandon Volkes, Taylor & Tommy, Jr. Weiss, Colin Volkes, Donovan, Destiny, & Anthony, Jr. Volkes, Kevin, Mason & Jacob Chappell; and many more family and friends. Funeral Service will be held Tuesday at 11AM at St. Ann’s R.C. Church, 22 Trenton Road, Browns Mills. Burial will follow at the B.G.W.C.D. Veteran’s Memorial Cemetery in Arneytown.
